Terms of Service
Last updated: May 20, 2026. Please read these terms carefully before deploying swarms on Tomris Cloud.
Usage Limits
Platform features are provided according to subscription usage limits. Fair-use reasoning constraints apply per organization.
Account Ownership
Organizations are solely responsible for the tools registered, actions taken, and inputs triggered by their active agents.
API Integrity
You agree not to bypass cluster controls, exceed API concurrency allowances, or run malicious code in sandbox workspaces.
01. Service Definition
Tomris Cloud is a multi-tenant cloud-hosted containerized workspace designed to facilitate agent deployment, visual flow execution, tool calls, and model context server management.
We reserve the right to temporarily modify or discontinue specific parts of our serverless worker configurations to ensure cluster stability for all user organizations.
02. Credentials & Tunnels Responsibility
By connecting PostgreSQL, MongoDB, HubSpot, Slack, or any other data source, you authorize Tomris Cloud to execute agent actions (read/write operations) on your behalf in accordance with the agent flow parameters. You are solely responsible for ensuring connected credentials are set up with narrow scopes.
03. Fair Use & Sandboxing
Swarms are run in sandboxed container environments. Any attempt to abuse, exploit, scan host infrastructure, or execute denial of service commands from within the agent runtime sandboxes will result in immediate termination of the parent organization's access.
04. Limitation of Liability
Tomris Cloud functions as an execution platform. We are not liable for actions, database updates, message deliveries, code edits, or resource deletions performed by autonomous agents built, customized, and deployed by users.
